This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking and does not collect personal data through forms. Fonts and files are served from this site only.

Client information

• Where it is collected: on the client portal at the "research." address of this website. The portal is run for the Research Analyst by a technology service provider, OptumFlex. The Research Analyst remains responsible for your information and for every SEBI obligation.
• What is collected: name, PAN, date of birth, address, mobile, email, KYC records, the signed agreement, MITC acceptance and payment records.
• Why: SEBI KYC and record-keeping requirements, providing the service, sending receipts and notices, and handling complaints.
• Who it is shared with: KYC Registration Agencies, KYC / eSign, payment and client-portal service providers (who may use it only to provide their service), and regulators or authorities when required by law. It is never sold.
• Aadhaar: eSign happens on the licensed eSign provider's page. The Research Analyst does not see or store your Aadhaar number or OTP.
• AI tools: no client's personal information is entered into any AI tool.
• How long: records are kept for the period required by SEBI regulations, at least five years, then securely deleted.
• Security: records are kept with access controls, two-step login, encryption and regular backups.
